Three years later… Kurata is released, Date has joined Sanko-kai, and Okita remains amnesiac. Tendokai is scattered. Meanwhile, Sanko-kai thrives after securing casino rights. Will Tendokai vanish for good? The bonds of family and brotherhood left by Washio reignite the men’s resolve—bringing the epic underworld war to its final showdown.
