One day, a woman with a masculine appearance named Sadako arrives as a new lodger. Sonoyama teams up with Etsuko, a female land developer, and begins to use seduction to negotiate with the lodgers to move out. The lodgers quickly declare that they will move out. Akiko finds herself in a predicament, but then Sadako's unexpected true identity is revealed...
