WAI feels very guilty knowing that YAN is under a very critical condition. YAN reprimands WAI and the other two interns for not getting YAN back in time to the hospital to receive treatment. BUN and YEE infer that YAN has murdered the dead man TSU CHUN BONG that is found in the garage. When YAN awakes, she asks to see WAI. YAN dies after revealing that she has spent her greatest time in the hospital. CHUN has a date with TINA and wants to plan about their marriage. TINA blames CHUN for not making much progress with his career and remains just as a nurse. CHUN bumps into PIK while she is blaming her boyfriend KWONG for not loving her anymore. KWONG admits that her obesity really makes him sick of her. CHUN manages to persuade PIK to give up the thought of committing suicide and willing to give her a shelter.
