TANG TIT KIN, a Wai Tau villager, imposes himself the mission to maintain peace and order in the village. Thus, he joins the police force to patrol the village. KIN has worked as a policeman for more than ten years. He is respected by the villagers. KIN has a girlfriend, MEI HO. However, she is sterilized because of some women's disease.
