During his second lesson with tutor Kishi Knight (Sawamura Rei), Toru shows no motivation, lounging lazily on the bed, until Kishi surprises him with a quirky new teaching method: “sleeping together”! Caught off guard, Toru struggles to keep his cool. One day, on the way home, Kishi notices something about how Toru interacts with other kids. Focusing on what’s inside rather than outward looks, Kishi sincerely praises Toru’s good qualities, sparking small but real changes in him.
