In the morning, GAI SUN-CHI’s daughter GAI CHOI-CHI encounters a sick old beggar. Kindhearted CHOI brings him to her parents for cure. CHOI crushes the pearl into powder and give it to her best childhood friend TSEUNG SIN, Head of County TSEUNG KAM’s daughter. SIN who is born ugly wants to be beautiful, she asks CHOI to go with her together to find the magic fairy in the Smoke Cloud Cave for help. After many efforts and struggles, they are able to meet the fairy at last. In order to make her dream come true, the fairy needs SIN to sacrifice the most precious thing that she possessed. SIN sacrifices her friendship with CHOI. She becomes a beautiful woman. She is asked by the fairy to turn CHOI into an ugly woman… After things have been settled, CHOI and her family visit her mother's grave……
