SHUN believes KIU is innocent. WING kicks CHEUNG out of the company as soon as he has taken over the reins. On the other hand, he tries to reach FAI, but he is nowhere to be found. WING refuses to repay CHING’s debt to PAO. YIP suspects that WING is the man behind everything. As he also believes FAI has been helping WING carry out his plot, he decides to find out more from FAI. WING has YIP beaten up so as to teach him a lesson for taping his transaction the other day. PAO’s man saves him. KIU runs away from custody. SHUN sees CHING in FAI’s house but he escapes in the end. KIU listens to SHUN and drops her idea of fleeing Hong Kong. They then get married right away. The couple bumps into some police officers on the street. Only KIU manages to escape.
