Scottish actor Martin Compston has spent the past decade living part-time in Las Vegas, but despite his wife being a local and their son growing up there, he has never fully considered the city home. In this three-part journey, Martin sets out to explore the place beyond its famous casinos, bright lights and glamorous nightlife. Guided by local residents, he meets the people who shape the city and discovers its iconic landmarks, local communities, traditions and vibrant entertainment scene. Along the way, Martin gains a deeper understanding of the city’s character, uncovering a side of Las Vegas that exists far beyond the tourist attractions.
