Phayu, heartbroken after a recent breakup, attempts to move on by pursuing new relationships. However, he's haunted by visions of his ex-girlfriend May. Phayu travels to Kawagoe, Japan, where an unlucky Japanese woman named Satsuki crashes into him on her scooter and becomes his reluctant guide on his quest for the mysterious Ema plaque.
