YUEN CHO ON is a reporter and is instructed to report the case of rapping relating to "Call-and-make-friends". In the work, ON comes across the victim CHUNG LAI HUNG. On the other hand, ON's good friend, YU WING CHI takes vacation in Hong Kong. As ON is too busy, CHI feels bored. Thus CHI makes phone call to find new friends. Unluckily, CHI is killed by a maniac.
