HANG-CHIK returns home but he fails to find FUNG-YEE. YAN-YAN also arrives to look for FUNG-YEE and she mentions carelessly that FUNG-YEE might be suffering from dementia. FUNG-YEE is depressed. When she wanders around, she discovers SHUM-PING. TIN-CHING reveals everything to The Fixer. He is being wronged and the police is trying to arrest him because he is investigating a corrupt case of the government official. Feng Shui master LAW KANG invites SHUM-PING to meet up. He reveals that somebody is looking for TIN-CHING by offering 5 million dollars. The police receives information of TIN-CHING's father TONG CHO. SHUM-PING arrives at the warehouse and a group of people enter with weapons. SHUM-PING fights with them and he asks LUI LUI and the others to escape.
