CHING would like SING to take charge of the renovation of her new home, to which SING does not raise any objection. A girl comes to flirt with YIU when he goes on a date with CHING. Luckily WAI passes by and offers to save YIU from the embarrassment. The developer has withdrawn the acquisition plan and this has come as a great disappointment to LAM and WAI.
