Having escaped a narrow death, Chou Yung and the others decide to return to Shanghai to get Wei-lun. In the mean time, Wei-lun is upset to learn that Chou has exterminated Hung Ta Chao Clan. He decides to seek the Japanese power in the North East to kill Chou Yung. Chang helps the Japanese to pursue Chou. Believing that Chang is connected with Ma Yi's death, Lei Kang guns him down. The others witness his cold- bloodedness with shivers. Pei-chi finds out that she has been made used of by Wei-lun all this time and attempts to kill him. She fails and is pursued by Wei-lun's followers. Pei-chi is saved by Chou Yung, whojust comes back from Shanghai. Chou Yung is shocked to learn from Pei-chi that the killer of Hsi-ya is Wei-lun……
