They are not afraid of death anymore and face the He Shi Jade’s prophecies bravely. They say goodbye to their lovers before the meeting. MAN kills them at the Xuanwu Gate as told by YUEN. In the same year, MAN is crowned emperor and guides the Tang Dynasty into a golden era.
